The good thingsPart of a large, forward thinking company, but still fairly laid back in their day to day attitude. A solid, well known business in Australia that offers potential to progress for those who want to grow.
Both the office and factory environment are a good place to work in, as demonstrated by the large number of employees with many years service.
The challengesIn my experience, there are no more or less challenges than you would expect, working in a large manufacturing / sales company.
It can be fast paced at times, to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Personally, I see this as a positive challenge that ensures each day can provide buzz and stimulation among the routine tasks and duties.

For me Kingspan provided a wonderful learning opportunity, however disappointed I was with some of management (including HR’s) behaviour.
The good thingsSome lovely co-workers. Good equipment in the office. Nice coffee machine and facilities.
The challengesMany co-workers struggled with attention to detail, which lead to far reaching mistakes. In my opinion some individuals have too much power and influence with management which comes at a cost to the company. Management not in touch with many workers or their contribution.
