The winery was built in 1985 on the corner of the family property next to our original vineyard as well as the family home.Today the winery can be considered two wineries in one: the original winery and the modern extension. The original winery is where we make our small batch super premium wines giving us the flexibility and control to develop parcels of wine into exciting styles that truly reflect the varieties and regions from which they come.Source: This is an extract from the company's own website.

I am very glad I made the move out here; the work is interesting, and the teams are great.
The good thingsThe teams, employees and management are all great. Everyone cares about the work and each other. There is a real sense of comradery and people are always willing to pitch in and help one another. New employees are made to feel welcome and given thorough training and assistance, but there are also plenty of long-term employees, showing it is somewhere to build a career. Different teams work together, there don't seem to be any "silos" in the business. The work is interesting, always with plenty to do and new opportunities to learn and grow. And the company is always looking for ways to improve in quality, efficiencies and capabilities.
The challengesThe winery site is in a rural location that may be a difficult adjustment for "city folk".
