    Simply not a good experience
    The good thingsFlexible work environment. Free coffee.
    The challengesHigh turnover of staff. Senior managers get away with anything yet junior employees are not treated well. Senior management and team leaders need to improve their communication and empathy. Disorganised projects and schedules. Poor data management.
