    Difficult environment to settle into or enjoy as the office wasn’t managed or run well.
    The good thingsPart time hours of work were quiet flexible which definitely helped with daily/work balance.
    The challengesNo clear line of reporting leaving confusion and often rumours. Communication was almost non existent and once again left to office whispers. Some procedures were not documented at all and others outdated or incorrect. Appeared to be no clear business strategy on staff engagement, productivity or staff retention.
