The good thingsSome good and supportive colleagues and some good students

The challengesReally toxic environment, especially with middle and senior managements. Executives couldn't care less about staff wellbeing or pay, all they care is their own bottom line. Lies after lies, expecting staff to work over 60-80 hours each week without additional pay at times.
