Frustrating and unsafe environment, poor management!

The good thingsWorked with some really good people

The challengesUpper management are not interested in retaining good people who will do quality work, they just want the work done quick by the cheapest labor possible. Low level of professionalism in management, too much nepotism and treating the workers poorly. Not interested in continuous improvement, 5S, LEAN or even OcHealth if its going to cost them any money.
