Training sessions and opportunities for growth are valued, with approachable and flexible managers who encourage development. The company also has a clear vision and good communication strategy that helps employees understand their contribution to the business.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as resourcing being stretched in certain teams, particularly in technology, digital and customer support functions. Strong team culture at the ground level, but broader organisational challenges around resourcing.
The good thingsThe immediate team and several individuals within IT were excellent to work with. They were consistently supportive, collaborative and willing to go above & beyond to deliver outcomes even in challenging circumstances.
The challengesResourcing was a significant issue, particularly across the technology and digital teams which were consistently stretched. There was a noticeable lack of accountability and alignment between teams, which often impacted delivery. During my time, the Customer Experience/Support function was under resourced, operating with only a single full time team member. Broader resourcing decisions did not always appear to align with business needs. Additionally, the parental leave policy could be improved to better support employees.

I've found working here to be a productive and friendly environment. there is always something new to learn and I've gained a lot of knowledge through training sessions which are offered and are super beneficial to assist our managing and processes. Colleagues are happy to help when uncertainties arise. Great company overall.
