Avoid this place at all costI worked at this kitchen for nearly 4 years and initially had a great experience with a fantastic team. However, everything changed with the arrival of the current executive chef. The workplace culture has become toxic, and it feels like a 'jungle' in here. The chef's leadership style is concerning - favoritism is rampant, and if you're not part of his inner circle, you're likely to be pushed out. What's more, he's perpetually absent, busy with everything except actual management. It's a shame, because this place used to be great. I wouldn't recommend working here under the current leadership.
