    Teaching is hard enough, and this school makes it significantly harder due to leadership.
    The good thingsA small number of colleagues supported each other. The students were the reason most of us stayed.
    The challengesYou are micromanaged by inexperienced leadership who are put in those positions because they are liked, not because they have any experience to lead. They do not care about 'excellence' only who will always agree and be a 'yes' person.
