    Management is super mean and do not care about you at all as a worker…
    The good thingsNot much good to be honest, I was one of the lucky ones because I was only a Christmas casual
    The challengesTo tell it shortly, management is mean and they will name and SHAME you if you don’t hit a certain amount of sales or do something in a certain way. Constructive criticism doesn’t exist to them, it’s only ever CRITICISM and putting you on blast in their whattsapp groupchats.

    Your mental health deteriorates while working for this company. There is no support from your managers.

    The challengesHigher managers were not compassionate through hard moments Weren't able to take leave. If you started early you never got paid for it Finishing late you never got paid for it
