Much different from previous sales roles I had. Close to stepping into management, 2 years into my time here so very exciting.
The good thingsAbundance of opportunities. Freedom to sell as much as possible and great guidance from leaderships and peers.
The challengesIf you want to work in sales but are open to selling in a unique way you'll be fine. People are challenged when they just apply wanting to learn sales but then not standing on what they initially preached. So when you deal with adversity, they're not sure how to handle it and get frustrated & leave.
