Working at Matthew Flinders is engaging, positive and innovative.
The good thingsMatthew Flinders Anglican College is a progressive and exciting place to work from Prep to Year 12. There are significant and effective signature programs in both the Primary and Secondary schools. Staff enjoy their roles and are encouraged to create and deliver innovative learning programs that are effective and engaging. Colours for a Cause fundraising week provided fun and memorable moments for staff and students.
The challengesIt can be a very busy place, with lots on offer (academic programs, co-curricular activities, service initiatives, camps and tours). This does require significant input from staff but leads to positive relationships with students and the community, and creates engaging learning environments.
