Don’t do it, seek elsewhere

The good thingsBonus but only if they decide to give it to you even though you have exceeded all objectives

The challengesManagement supply company cars with trackers and expect you to not include your drive time, this is included in the award as a sales representative. Expect to be micro managed & team treated individually, no continuity with expectations. This will lead to an unhappy work environment & reasonable overtime is not a factor overtime that is expected is excessive & draining there is no work life balance.
