    Great workplace and sad to leave
    The good thingsIncredible workplace, worked alongside Dr Ian Morrison. It was a great experience, excellent dentistry and patient care... I highly recommend anyone who is wanting to apply at Medland Dental. The only reason I am leaving is to focus on my own business.
    The challengesWhilst they are long days, we only work 4 days a week (3 day weekend every week and full-time wage) which was fantastic

    A cut above the rest! Amazing practice.
    The good thingsProfessional development and ongoing training, a fun and inclusive team who support each other. Lovely practice environment and facilities, a place to grown and contribute. Learned a lot about myself while working at the practice, owned by 2 amazing women who have built a great practice.
    The challengesNot much, I have been rehired after some time away and pleased to be given another job with the practice and an opportunity to expand my skillset in my new role.
