    The good thingsHaving worked here for the majority of my worklife, the organisation has always treated me with respect. They have support me with my career, I have travelled the world and recognized me continuously for my hard work. And I get to drive a Mercedes-Benz along with my family.
    The challengesAt times, we have to work really hard with not enough resources. But this seems to be at most companies. The best part is that the organisation gives you time off and flexibility after the busy time has stopped.

    I have a huge sense of pride working for such a prestigious brand with supported career development and have met friends for life.
    The good thingsWorking for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services you are part of a huge global entity but with the daily feel of a close-knit family. I began working in COVID on a 30-day contract and by putting my best foot forward was able to continue my journey and was made a permanent member of staff when my Visa allowed. I felt like I began my career with MBFS and was in my next role for about a year before I was successfully promoted into a secondment in a leadership role. The opportunity for development and progression is second to none and you will be supported throughout your journey, whatever that may look like for you.
    The challengesOne of the main challenges I found when considering the role at MBFS was the location in Mulgrave. It is most easily accessed by car as opposed to public transport which can be a limiting if you don't have one. The plus side of this is as a permanent member of staff you are able to lease a Mercedes-Benz vehicle at a discounted rate. Living up to the luxurious brand - a new car on rotation every 6-9 months, no need to pay for rego/insurance etc!
