    Good place if you are desperate, stay too long and it will very quickly burn you out. Large amount of staff turnover, only the older, supported or desperate stay for too long.
    The good thingsThe people you will work with are amazing and its a great opportunity to work with those that have disabilities, very eye opening. Salary sacrifice helps.
    The challengesManagement and lack of care towards unsupported staff members. Huge amount of disconnection and empty promises. A lot of talk but no action. Extremely low pay for work expected, could not survive with salary sacrifice options.
