    Inspiring, exciting, enjoyable.
The good thingsThe high sense of collegiality and the team orientated atmosphere. The staff and students alike were incredibly grounded and enjoyable to work with. The historic building and the reputation of the school were inspiring.
The challengesBettering my practices to uphold the high expectations and student academic success. I welcomed this challenge with positively and met it with resilience and excellent results. I welcome all challenges in future that can contribute further in making me an outstanding teacher that is up to date with current pedagogic practices and the most innovative professional development.

A worthwhile place to work and be challenged, but be prepared to make personal sacrifices.
The good thingsLovely students who want to learn and succeed. The community also respects teachers and their contributions. The college has a positive message about young women and what they can contribute to society.
The challengesHigh expectations on your time. Parents, students and the administration can be demanding and have very high standards that may or may not always be achievable. The Principal, while very competent, dominates the College and does not really tolerate any criticism or challenges to her decision making.

It is a fantastic school that has only been strengthened by a visionary leader and the whole school staff are wholeheartedly committed to the success of the students and college alike.
The good thingsThe students are wonderful, the campus is beautiful to work in and the current principal Rebecca Cody is motivated, dedicated, has a big vision that is congruent with her actions.
The challengessome of the departmental line managers are challenging to work with and do not share the enthusiasm of their staff and the bigger vision of the leader of the college hence limiting its department members chance of progression.
