    Possibly the worst working experience I have had in over 35 years. I was warned about going there and should've taken notice. A revolving door of staff that cant wait to get out.

    There are better companies to work for.
    The good thingsNot a lot, unfortunately. Some good colleagues.
    The challengesToxic work environment. No trust in employees to do their job properly without micromanagement. Management style is very typical of the parent companies country of origin. No long term planning and lots of snap decisions resulting in twice the workload. Very few benefits are available to Employees - the few that are offered are actively discouraged to be used by management or skewed to suit the company.
