The challengesCarrot dangling, broken promises, bare minimum equipment. Throw people under buses. But dome good experienced individuals to learn from on occasion.

The good thingsThe money is good. Spent as much time on seek than at the levers. Work with a good bunch of guys.
The challengesIt says "we know drilling" on the side of their humpys and should probably take that off. Cut corners, and management have no clue really. No gear to do the job properly, no ordering system and rigs are pretty average and need a bit of work. Spent money on the wrong things instead of what we needed to do the job properly
