It’s a non‑hierarchical environment where everyone’s voice is valued, regardless of title. You’re exposed to a wide variety of work, which means you grow quickly and get to collaborate across different parts of the business. There’s a reason people stay for so long and even return after exploring opportunities elsewhere; it really does feel like a place where you belong and are supported both professionally and personally.
    The challengesBecause you’re exposed to so many different things, the pace can be fast and priorities can shift quickly. It’s a dynamic environment, so it suits people who are adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats.     OK company, but needs to get their job descriptions and responsibilities aligned.
    The good thingsThere are cultures and there are cultures. Seems like a fun place to be in with occasional free food.
    The challengesManagement is blind to requirements of operations and finance where ancient old systems and 100s of excel spreadsheets are used randomly with no real structure or order in place. Forget operating procedures, they don't exist. There is nobody to oversee it being implemented. Gotta be one of the boys, or you get excluded VERY openly.
