    A very demanding school environment but also very rewarding and enriching.
    The good thingsThe supportive staff and executive team. We had all the best resources we needed to deliver the best possible education to the girls. The teaching staff were treated very well and were also given lots of professional development opportunities.
    The challengesUnderstandably they had high expectations of their staff (because they treat them so well). The workload was intense (but it was also very enriching and rewarding work at the same time).

    The challengesIt’s the best school I’ve ever worked at. There is a slight incline up the hill on the way from train station :) That’s about it.
