The good thingsWorking at Montessori Academy has been a really positive experience for me. It’s genuinely a great company to work for, with a very supportive leadership team that makes you feel valued and supported in your role. I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out for guidance, and there’s a strong sense that leadership truly cares about staff wellbeing.
One of the things I appreciate most is the excellent work–life balance, which is incredibly important to me.
Within my role no two days are the same, which keeps the role interesting and engaging. I feel challenged in a healthy way, I’m able to keep growing and learning new skills, but never to the point of feeling overwhelmed.
The company culture is another standout. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help each other out. There’s a real sense of teamwork and positivity across the organisation.
The challengesIn terms of challenges, I personally haven’t experienced any major ones. The supportive environment and strong focus on work–life balance have made my experience very smooth and enjoyable overall. I would highly recommend Montessori Academy to anyone looking for a supportive, positive, and fulfilling workplace

The rapid expansion of the company has led to a shortage of quality educators.
The good thingsMeet some hard work educators, knowledgeable and dedicate to their roles.
The challengesShortage of quality educators. Unqualified educator got promoted as a centre manager, who has never been on a EL role and doesn't have sufficient work experience with all age group of children. "Outstanding" by gossip / tell-on other educators, twist truth constantly. The manage team's selection criteria is "impressive". Good luck for the families and children who will enrol the centre soon.
