    The management is disorganised and chaotic and made the experience stressful.
    The good thingsWorking with children in before and after school care setting
    The challengesManagement is critical and overtly disorganised. Coordinator yells a lot and is unprofessional giving conflicting instructions to educators. They don't train staff well. Bad place to work!
