    Awesome working environment.
The good thingsGreat people work for the council. Awesome working experience. Had some fabulous exposure to new and different technologies. There was room from management to work on individual projects as well as working towards group projects with full support.
The challengesMeetings about meetings. Different departments pushing own agendas. Sometimes no patients in there process and with only 2.5 staff out can be difficult to handle all requests on a timely fashion.
