    Low pay for a sales role. There's alot of micro management from upper management and very little room for autonomy or collaboration.

    Good guys on the scaffold, no self reflection on behavior in the Sydney branch.
    The good thingsThe team, the guys. Very good, knowledgeable and will work with you and they support each other.
    The challengesManagement: The branch is micro managed from Sydney and I experienced people screaming down the phone, swearing and being not very nice. They generally tend to go through a heap of leading hands because of this when I was there.
