    Dont work here, u will leave this organization burnt out wishing u never joined in the first place
    The good thingsfrankly, nothing good about this place,
    The challengesOutdated technology, no communication between admin teams and front facing call staff. Managers are clueless about workflows and point of contacts, new mangers magically dropped in without any experience in super and we have to guide them on how to do their job. Support from managers is non existent and KPI's are watched over and if you cant get something done you are the problem although they never support you in the first place. The best bet to survive here is to get in close with older employees and ask their help through teams when you face difficult calls at the call center. Even managers dont know as much as they do and for some reason these people are never promoted. Pay is also below the industry standard for this role and the verbal threats from customers for their needs not being met is not worth the headache.
