Steer clear of this place, there are a lot better facilities to work for than this place.
The good thingsResidents are wonderful, some staff are very helpful
The challengesIntimidation is rampant. from other staff including most of the management team, you complain to management about the Intimidation, and then they side with the staff who do this to you. They sack a lot of staff if they don't fit their so-called company profile and they do this before the 6 month probation period so they avoid all legal litigation towards them and the facility.
