    Fast-paced environment where staff resilience is tested, but genuine support from leadership is lacking.
    The good thingsThe branches support one another and the branch managers work tirelessly to support their teams.
    The challengesHigh workload and staff burnout is common. Limited genuine support from regional leadership. Culture makes it difficult to safely raise concerns. Staff crying at work and feeling overwhelmed seems to be the norm. Working overtime without being paid is just expected and if you put in overtime it’s frowned upon.

    Do not join NAB, their corporate policy is to refuse to provide references so you wont be able to get another job, as every employer wants a recent reference, including NAB! AVOID this company.
    The good thingsHours are reasonable.
    The challengesCorporate policy to not provide references, so impossible to find a job if you leave! Training is abysmally poor.
