Does not have staff wellbeing at the heart. Toxic culture.
The good thingsThere were a handful of supportive staff
The challengesThe school is toxic, culture is poor, this is coming from the Principal down. Goes against the “Christian” values it likes to be perceived by.

Great pay, good colleagues, poor managers.
The good thingsIt was a rewarding experience to see the student's growth in learning and maturity. My colleagues were genial and supportive. The pay was great.
The challengesManagement were disconnected from the problems that are faced by staff at the coal face. Poor communication from and between the managers. I was unable to make decisions in a timely manner.
