    I enjoyed working with the people, but not the job itself.
    The good thingsBest coworkers ever.
    The challengesUnderstaffed. Dinner rush is unmanageable having 5 employees on roster. Workflow needs to be improved. System needs to be changed. Some kitchen equipment aren't best suited for the job required. Packaging isn't ideal. Chips go very soggy in the paper bags really fast.

    Come for the co-workers, Go home smelling of peri-peri salt, grease, and basting.
    The good thingsThe food (on shift only, up to $30), and some of the friends you make.
    The challengesNo one ever covers shifts, they expect you to come in even if you're sick unless you find a cover. Most managers are rather incompetent and a lot of the crew lack life motivation or skills outside of standing behind a grill 9 hours a week.

    Nando's is the best business I have ever worked at. The opportunities are available for whoever wants them.
    The good thingsNando's provides so many opportunities for all employee's. Including ongoing training, development, career progression, fun days, conferences and competitions. They make work fun.

    The good thingsNando’s is an excellent company to work for. They make an effort to stand by their values - family, integrity, pride, courage and passion. They always help up skill their employees making it a great work place for any stage in your career.
    The challengesNandos is a high paced work environment. I enjoy this but some might find it challenging. There are always new challenges with a lot of support to help you grow every day.
