I really enjoyed working for NFM and would do so again if given the opportunity.
The good thingsI really enjoyed working for this company. The staff were approachable and very supportive. Some of the employees have been there for several years which is always a good sign.
The challengesApart from emails about covid procedures, there was very little contact with supervisors. Mind you, this can be taken as a sign that you are a trusted employee, but sometimes it is good to be in the loop so that you feel like you are part of the team.
