    It will seem great at first, but save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to work.
    The good thingsThe co-workers in my team were second to none - we worked extremely well together and continue to hold each other in high regard.
    The challengesManagement is useless, the chairman thrives on micro-management and putting down his workers. HR will be at the beck and call of the chairman and will do whatever it takes to get rid of anyone who disagrees with him or calls him out on his unreasonable behaviours.
