    I would welcome the opportunity to work with NCIG again. Recommended as an employer of choice.
    The good thingsHands down, the healthiest culture I've experienced in my 30+ year career. Excellent leadership and mentorship. Excellent processes and controls in place to achieve financial integrity and compliance. Collaborative approach to process enhancement and goal-setting. Appropriately staffed so team carries a realistic workload to maintain healthy work/life balance. Open acknowledgement of individual and team performance and achievements. Sustainability, environmental stewardship and community engagement/support are core business objectives. Overall professional, friendly and supportive leadership and business environmemt.
    The challengesThere are a LOT of meetings. However, being fully appraised of agenda and attendees and with thorough preparation, the time can be well-leveraged and presents opportunities for collaboration. Key people can be difficult to reach due to calendars locked down with meetings.
