Absolutely awful. So many of the other staff hated their jobs. Very depressing environment and everyone was looking for a new job. Just takes a while being Toowoomba.
The good thingsNothing good at all it was all puff and pretend. Only given one star as you can't give 0.
The challengesCompany management don't care for staff. They pretend to but work you to the ground then spit you out when they have enough. Very clicky in upper management and will gladly throw you under the bus to keep their job.

Great company to work for offering professional development and career advancement.
The good thingsNewlands Group was a very progressive and enjoyable company to work for. Professional growth as an individual is high on their agenda and I advanced two roles during my period with them. Given you put in the hard work you will be rewarded and supported in your role.
The challengesIt's a growing business servicing a number of services in the construction industry so there was some periods of change but it comes down to being adaptable in your role.
