Dangerous for your mental health, income and work stability - best avoid
The good thingsNice office and that's about it
The challengesPlease carefully consider working here. It has a toxic work environment and boys club culture. Bad reputation in industry, very poor salaries, frequent redundancies without any notice and up to a year wasted on the bench for many people. Many employees are too scared to voice their concerns, and frequently point to seek and glass door reviews as representing their experience.

As a team leader, I’m fortunate to have strong support, a talented team, and excellent work-life balance, though managing increasing client expectations remains a challenge.
The good thingsAs a team leader, I feel well-supported by my leadership team. I’m fortunate to work with a talented group of staff who collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment. The organisation also offers an excellent work-life balance and great office facilities.
The challengesOne of the key challenges we face is the increasing expectations from our accounts. Our strong performance often leads to higher demands, requiring us to continuously adapt and strive for even better outcomes.

When you're working with the client, you're not really at NRI, but with the client. Considering the large amount of people being hired and fired at short term intervals, treat this place as a stop-gap for your next job.
The good thingsOnly good if you are engaged with a client.
The challengesIf you are on 'the bench', it is one of the most toxic environments led by insecure all-controlling bosses who will have you out on your ear if you mutter one word against the establishment even if it for constructive change. Management hate to be challenged.

    Good experience working at Nomura.
The good thingsPeople within Risk Management at Nomura were smart, friendly and good to work with. The bank is very environmentally friendly and they encourage their staff to live healthy lifestyles.
The challengesAs with any big bank, there is the usual red tape.
