I've worked at four independent schools and this is the best culture by far. I really enjoy it!
The good thingsThe staff here are highly motivated and there's a very collegial, friendly, non-competitive environment - where everyone supports each other where possible to get the job done. The location and facilities are beautiful
The challengesNothing to note that can be improved. Public transport really isn't an option to get to and from work due to location.

The good thingsA congenial, warm, flexible environment. NBCS definitely cares about their staff. People are lovely. Having some weeks off in school holidays works well for me as a parent with a child still at school. Great cafe on site. Lovely surroundings and good facilities.
