    It's a struggle to stay motivated
    The good thingsMonthly birthday cakes Friday drinks at 5pm
    The challengesFinish time at 6pm, and late shift until 8pm. High level of staff turnover. No performance feedback No communication from leadership team. No development opportunities. You need to be in your role for 18 months before being considered for internal moves. Limited internal moves. Black & White policies. No opportunity for creativity. Based in South Melbourne.
