The good thingsGreat people. Always changing which I found enjoyable. Was able to come and go as I needed. Always great activities held and great lifelong friends were made.

The challengesConstant change in management made it difficult for anyone to get ahead. Certain staff rewarded over others time and again because of who they knew not what they knew. Lots of playing favourites.
