    Life and perspective changing.
The good thingsGreat environment and some of the best people to work with. Doesn't really feel like you're working at all most of the time. Excellent chances to move forward within the industry and improve your qualifications.
The challengesLong hours and minimal work/life balance. It doesn't feel so bad because it's really fun and the people you work with are usually good friends but you work 60 hours+ a week for not that much commission some times, but it varies, often you can earn lots in one week though.
