The challengesFlawed system, no clear understanding of running a call centre - especially at the higher level. Expect to take 100 calls and allocate atleast 50 bookings while handling various tasks. Lack of training for the new staff, no appreciation of your hard work unless you are family or friends with the management. Picking on little mistakes and unable to take on a feedback to upgrade the bookings system. I can go on and on and on, just horrible environment. However accounts and translations section is nice.
