A very manageable job with a good work-life balance. Average pay, ability to progress in your career if you were driven. Constant pressure to perform under threat of redundancies that were conducted every 6 months, regular assessment and yearly reviews of performance.
The good thingsWork perks, ability to change roles and progress in the workplace. Good customer interactions. Understanding and accommodating management.
The challengesConstant waves of redundancies and changes of job roles without consulting staff affected. Training offshore teams who were going to ultimately take over your job role.
