Orora Gawler experienceThe good thingsThere are some good people working there, you will find with conditions like they are people out out for each other.
The challengesSome years ago Orora was a great place to work however, now, easily the most toxic workplace I have ever worked. The Gawler plant truely do not care about the people they employ and as a result
people are leaving in droves. As people leave they aren’t replaced and as the workload grows it’s just piled on, all for your development. The wages are well below standard and they do not reflect the expectations or workload of the role. There are deep seeded cultural issues and until there is upward change they won’t change.
