Positive and fun work environment lead by upbeat and supportive manager
The good thingsThe manager leads the team with an upbeat energy. They foster a workplace that encourages achievement through continual motivation ,support and training. Although hectic, there is an air of electricity and excitement during sale periods. However clear direction and expectations in a positive environment are always provided.
Engaging with consumers and leading them through our genuinely quality product range is surprisingly enjoyable, with interactions most often wholesome and at times even fun. Giving the customer a valuable and enjoyable sales experience feels rewarding.
The challengesI enjoy working here and don't have areas of improvement that come to mind.
