    As long as you can play the game and are prepared to not question decisions, it's an ok job that pays ok money

    The challengesThe company claims to be poor, but makes mega profits \"Run to fail\" attitude for equipment, then management get upset when it breaks Excessive paperwork and bureaucracy makes it hard to do your job Safety is preached, but is really just a tool to bash people with Managers look after Managers - can't do anything wrong if you're mates with the guys at the top

    Best job I have ever had and wish I started here earlier.
    The good thingsRoster, variety of work, pay and the people.
    The challengesI was a hairdresser before commencing so started with no experience at all. I was so scared to be on the reduction lines. The crews and Leaders are awesome though and really supportive helping you out until you learn the role.
