    Never a dull moment working in a confident, successful, professional and very run organisation.
    The good thingsThe job was never boring as with security you have to always be alert and on the ball because peoples', businesses homes and income are your responsibility. It is a 24/7 days a week business so you need to always be monitoring and maintaining a high degree of professionalism and concentration.
    The challengesYou need to be very careful due to the nature of the work, confidentially is vital as is your role due to the nature of the security industry. Dealing with large business clients which require total professionalism and a high standard of service every day 24/7.
