I've had some bad managers, I've had some bad jobs, but this is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever worked in.
The good thingsThere were a couple of people going through the same experience, so it was nice to have someone to share the challenges with
The challengesManagement - Never expected an ounce of recognition, but rest assured they will know who you are when you get called in for a disciplinary meeting about something trivial or completely made up. Goal posts will change, you will be gaslit, you will receive warnings for accessing the EAP. Just skip any job ads and try something else
