    Fantastic
The good thingsFantastic people to work with. The culture is good. Heavy focus and investment placed on developing the staff at PIP.
The challengesHow challenging depends on the individual. It is a very fast-pace and results driven which I enjoy.

    Head office role

Terrible culture for “head office” roles
The good thingsGreat people - especially Directors and consultants. Offers a great learning atmosphere for consultant roles.
The challengesTerrible middle management. Although the maternity leave policy is very favourable, the return to work policy is shocking bordering on unfair dismissal. P&C / HR offer lip service in supporting the aggrieved employee and support the middle management. Very poor team collaboration - especially for the team that is remote and is not Sydney based.

Loved the culture, loved the people and miss the comrardarie very much!
The good thingsA great team of people all respecting their clients, each other and working towards the same goal.
The challengesThe company outgrew its HO working space and it was difficult to work as well as we wanted when spread over different floors in a building. A larger working venue was found and the HO is now housed on one floor in an open plan office. Everyone is working together to make the new environment work well for all.
