What’s it like working at Partners in Performance?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Partners in Performance is praised for its positive culture and great people, with a strong focus on learning and development opportunities for employees. The interesting work and ability to implement results rather than just present recommendations is also highlighted as a strength.

However, some employees have noted challenges with work-life balance, particularly due to extensive travel requirements. There are also some concerns with management, including middle management and a perceived lack of support in certain situations. Additionally, remote teams have experienced difficulties with collaboration and feeling disconnected from the main office.

Terrible culture for “head office” roles
The good thingsGreat people - especially Directors and consultants. Offers a great learning atmosphere for consultant roles.
The challengesTerrible middle management. Although the maternity leave policy is very favourable, the return to work policy is shocking bordering on unfair dismissal. P&C / HR offer lip service in supporting the aggrieved employee and support the middle management. Very poor team collaboration - especially for the team that is remote and is not Sydney based.
