The good thingsNot much at all. Every 2nd coffee free, small discount on fuel.
The challengesThey expect too much while understaffing.
Training is minimal.
Pay is as little as they can get away with.

Not a company to build a career with. They do things in a very backwards kind of way and don’t have the expertise within to elevate. Great potential though. And they offer opportunities to make a living to thousands of South Australians.

The challengesIt was always very obvious that most people who join this company lose their energy and excitement shortly after joining here. This says it all.
