The good thingsEnjoyed leaving Peter Kittle Toyota. Peter Kittle workshop is nightmare compared to new work place. Don't know why I stayed.
The challengesEverything. Management and supervisor always blame workers for own mistakes. Very toxic people make work there very hard and unorganised, everyday they cause problems that should not have been happened. They judge me different cause of nationalities, rude, bad people. Glad I gone from there. Some technical people very bad workers, but get looked after by supervisor manager is his friend, they get all easy work when make lots mistakes, good worker given hard job cause not liked by supervisor, have to work many more then other people who do bad things but friend of supervisor and manager.

The good thingsSome of the people working are good.
The challengesThe management doesn't care about the staff, they only care about money. You give them your kidney, it still won't be enough for them. No work life balance, you have to beg for a leave and then again they will complain because you took a day off. They hire people and within a month they leave once they get to see the real face of the management. Management is so unorganised, they don't know anything about sales, back office or how to speak with the customer. God knows how this place is still running.
